What are consumers saying about your brand on Twitter and Facebook? Consumers are tweeting and updating in unprecedented volumes, but it’s difficult to separate the signal from the noise. And although each individual comment may or may not be meaningful, the wisdom of the crowd is quite revealing. Friend2Friend has developed technologies to help brands tap the learning potential of Twitter and Facebook, by aggregating comments so trends are easily seen.
