Friend2Friend creates an internal campaign for a corporate initiative that leverages key social media concepts.

Avon, a leading beauty company, sells beauty and fashion products in more than 100 countries through its independent Avon Sales Representatives. As a part of its annual Sales meeting and the kickoff of its 2010 corporate initiatives, Avon asked agency SocialTyze and Friend2Friend to create a motivational tool for employees that leverages concepts from social media and user generated content. Friend2Friend created a tool that allows employees to enter their own motivational messages and see them shared with the entire employee community real-time. These Twitter-like statements in a secure corporate environment are all the more powerful to employees because they are coming from peers, creating a strong motivational tool and a great boost to the corporate objectives.
